The staff was very helpful. I truly appreciate the good service. Especially two people from the staff who did all that extra to help me get an emergency bed for two nights when my flight home was cancelled. Despite this being an overly booked weekend in Berlin due to some festival which meant it was very hard to find beds they helped me. (I went to two others in the area and asked so.) Elly and Isi from the staff went that extra mile to help me out so I'm super grateful to them and satisfied with my stay here. A few other things I appreciated: *The social events every evening, with games and a free welcome drink. *Good prices in the bar for people staying at the hostel *They had a lounge in the basement where you could relax a bit while waiting for your flight after checkout, this really helped and was very nice. *All the beds have curtains which was a big deal for me for some privacy. *The beds had lightning in them, and outlets for electricity so you can charge your phone. *I general when it comes to the area in Mitte, it was very central, close to supermarket, stores, restauraunts and a train station. There were also many electrical scooters in the area which you can rent cheap. Perfect if you are on a budget and dont want to travel so much or far to get to places. *Also as a final note there were so many lovely people in the meeting place outside the bar this place seems to attract very nice people so I made alot of international friends on my stay. I will definately be back next time I'm in Berlin.

1. Great location - close to main sightseeing places and to the train station from where u can go to Berlin brandenburg airport 2. The facilities were good kept 3. Bunk beds had locker under the bed, so when u have a locker u could use that box to keep luggage or backpack (it’s big, I’m sure u can store there like 2 big suitcases) 4. The staff was super friendly, nice and in general good 5. I’ve got also breakfast option (€6 per day), it was quite okay, not fancy, but had some good products though (bread, jam, cheese, sausage slices, apples, bananas, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee, tea) 6. The shower was in the room (it was clean), and each room had its own toilet room (clean as well), which was in the corridor, but that’s totally good.

Fairly clean rooms , I like how we had a private toilet that only the room could access and it was outside the room.. Curtains in the room yay I checked bed and sheet and they were clean and not grimey. Plug access and light in bunk bed. Robust bunks Operated well as a hostel Nice bar, which is sociable and gives discounts on food and drink. Nice staff who were helpful and fun. Location is very handy and near stations. Option for late check out is great

I appreciated the very helpful staff, the location (proximity to transportation and places to visit), rooms were at all times warm, and the breakfast was what I was hoping for (i.e. lots of options, healthy too). I liked a lot that the bar/cafe downstairs was particularly vibrant in the evenings, and the bar staff was very attentive to the guests and remained positive at all times.

I liked the hostel because it was clean, had a vibrant atmosphere with many people around, and included great features like an on-site restaurant and a rooftop area. Its central location near major tourist attractions was very convenient. The night staff was especially helpful, upgrading my bed for one night to ensure I could stay in the female dormitory throughout my stay.
